This counseling is delivered in a package of 3 sessions:

·   1 Virtual Initial Session over the phone or video conference (90 minutes)

·   2 Virtual Follow-up Sessions (60 minutes each)

·   Sessions are held a week or two weeks apart 

·   Meal plan provided via an electronic platform

Investment: $450 or 2 payments of $230

• No Show/Less than 24-Hour Cancellation fee is the full amount of your session fee.
